Cool Roof Pricing (tile and shake not included)

We can't say it enough, we like to treat people how we would want to be treated so we get right down to it and give you our pricing upfront. This is a part of our Fair Contract guarantee, to learn more about it check out our process here.

Our cool roof base pricing is $8 per square foot (sf.) Example: if your roof is 1,000 sf. then the base price of your roof would be $8,000.

Here's what's included and what is not.

Included:

• Installation of cool roof system.

• Removal of up to 2 layers of comp shingle roofing material. Additional layers are $1 per sf., per layer.

• Replacement of up to 10 sf. plywood/osb or 10 linear feet (lf.) of roof decking. Osb radiant barrier roof decking is $10 per sf. (no sf. included) and additional linear decking is $10 per lf.

• Permit cost up to $200

Excluded:

• Gutters. $8 ln., if needed.

• Fascia board. $10 per lf., if needed.

• Insulation removal. R-30 attic insulation is $3.50 per sf.

• Roofs other than comp shingle (request a custom quote)

Cool Roof Process

• You place an order by calling 866-9UPGRADE or by completing the online order form.

• Our customer success team works with you to review our Cool Roof base pricing (above) and help you gain access to financing; if needed.

• We schedule a time perform a site evaluation for critical measurements.

• We review the results of your site evaluation with you to make sure our measurements match your order, part of our Fair Price Guaranty.

• We allocate materials to your job.

• We obtain all appropriate permits and approvals needed from your jurisdiction.

• Tear-off, haul way and dump the existing roofing materials.

• inspect your roof deck for damaged wood and gaps.

• Repair roof decking as needed.

• Your local inspector inspects our roof deck.

• We Install your cool roof system (below).

• Final inspection from your local inspector.

Cool Roof Products

Once your existing roof is removed and the roof deck has passed inspection, a cool roof with a 50-year warranty will contain the following products:

• Roof ventilation

• Ice and water barrier; as needed

• Underlayment

• Starter Shingle

• Roof Shingles

• Hip and Ridge Shingles
